Kurakithyris quantoensis

Taxonomy
Kurakithyris quantoensis was named by Hatai (1946). Its type specimen is IGPS 15436, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kosiba, Kanasawa-mura, which is in a Calabrian marine sandstone in the Koshima Formation of Japan. It is the type species of Kurakithyris.
