Lichenoides vadosus

Taxonomy
Lichenoides vadosus was named by Parsley and Prokop (2004). It is not extant. Its type specimen is NM L 23148. Its type locality is Týřovice, “Pod trním” section, which is in a Cambrian coastal shale/sandstone in the Skryje Shale Formation of the Czech Republic.

R. L. Parsley and R. J. Prokop 2004Lichenoides with near circular to broadly oval profile. Lateral plates shorter, more equidimensional, epispires are less pronounced. Brachioles are more robust and relatively longer than in type species.
