D. R. Kolata et al. 1991Theca globose, highly symmetrical, main thecal orifice and aulacophore lie on the main axis, all thecal plates tesselate; superior face highly convex, consists of two large adaulacophorals and small median plate situated above the main thecal orifice; inferior face slightly convex, consists of two large marginals (M1 and M11) a n d smaller medial anterior plate bearing a spine; asymmetrical array of spines and protuberances on inferior side of styloid.
