Jaekelocarpus oklahomensis

Taxonomy
Jaekelocarpus oklahomensis was named by Kolata et al. (1991). It is not extant. Its type specimen is UWBM 74300. Its type locality is East-west trending gullies on the east side of an unnamed tributary of Sycamore Creek on the Daube Ranch, which is in a Morrowan carbonate limestone in the Golf Course Formation of Oklahoma. It is the type species of Jaekelocarpus.
