Ctenodus whitropei

Ctenodus whitropei was named by Smithson et al. (2016) [Species of Ctenodus with oval tooth plates. Length to width ratio 1.4:1. 10 approximately parallel tooth ridges. Pterygoid tooth ridge angle c. 30. Large, laterally compressed and labially curved teeth.]. Its type specimen is NMS G 2014.2.1, a tooth (left pterygoid tooth plate), and it is a 3D body fossil.
