Dapedium radiatum
Taxonomy
Tetragonolepis radiatus was named by Agassiz (1836). Its type specimen is BMNH P.468, a partial skeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Lyme Regis, Egerton collection, which is in a Sinemurian marine horizon in the United Kingdom.
It was recombined as Dapedius radiatus by Woodward (1895); it was recombined as Dapedium radiatum by Maxwell and López-Arbarello (2018).
