Linthia sudanensis

Taxonomy
Hemiaster sudanensis was named by Bather (1904). Its type specimen is MNHN-F-A26283 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Garadimi, Sokoto, which is in a Paleocene carbonate limestone in Niger.

It was recombined as Linthia sudanensis by Lambert (1930) and Smith (1995).
