Mesonacis cylindricus
Taxonomy
Olenellus cylindricus was named by Palmer and Halley (1979). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Grapevine Mountains, Carrara Fm, Eagle Mountain Shale Mbr. (USGS 4146-CO), which is in a Dyeran coastal siltstone in the Carrara Formation of California.
It was recombined as Mesonacis cylindricus by Lieberman (1999).
