Taxonomy
Paracidaris (Anisocidaris) eluveitie was named by Hostettler and Menkveld-Gfeller (2015). Its type specimen is NMBE 5023210 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bed 114, Jakobsberg quarry, Auenstein AG, which is in an Oxfordian offshore marl in the Wildegg Formation of Switzerland.
