Orthoretiolites hami

Taxonomy
Orthoretiolites hami was named by Whittington (1954). Its type specimen is MCZ 511 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Road cut on U. S. Highway 77, 2.5 miles north of Springer, which is in a Chatfieldian offshore mudstone in the Viola Springs Formation of Oklahoma. It is the type species of Orthoretiolites.
