Erpetopus willistoni
Taxonomy
Erpetopus willistoni was named by Moodie (1929). It is considered to be a form taxon. It is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Castle Peak tracksite, which is in a Kungurian marginal marine siltstone in the Choza Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Erpetopus.
