Dimorphotomaria microstriata
Taxonomy
Worthenia (Humiliworthenia) microstriata was named by Nützel et al. (2018). Its type specimen is SNSB-BSPG 2015 VI 28, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mahmudia Quarry, Caeracul Mare Hill, sample 114, which is in a Bithynian reef, buildup or bioherm bindstone in the Caerace Formation of Romania.
It was recombined as Dimorphotomaria microstriata by Monari and Dellantonio (2024).
