Lophosaukia torquata
Taxonomy
Lophosaukia torquata was named by Shergold (1971). Its type specimen is CPC 9765, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gola Beds B520, which is in a Franconian/Trempealeauan marine grainstone in Australia. It is the type species of Lophosaukia.
