Presimoceras teres

Taxonomy
Perisphinctes teres was named by Neumayr (1871). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ciofronca (GBA collection), which is in a Kimmeridgian carbonate limestone in Romania.

It was recombined as Simoceras teres by Herbich (1878); it was recombined as Presimoceras teres by Grigore (2010).
