Taxonomy
Lunaepes ollierorum was named by Gand et al. (2000). It is considered to be a form taxon. It is a trace fossil. Its type locality is La Lieude footprints, Lodève basin, which is in a Lopingian fluvial sandstone in the Salagou Formation of France.
