Novascoticus multidens
Taxonomy
Hylonomus multidens was named by Dawson (1882). Its type specimen is RM 2.1128, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Coal Mine Point; Divison 4, Section XV, coal-group 15, which is in a Westphalian A mire/swamp sandstone/coal in the Joggins Formation of Canada.
It was recombined as Novascoticus multidens by Carroll (1966).
