Bergisuchus
Taxonomy
Bergisuchus was named by Kuhn (1968). It is not extant. Its type is Bergisuchus dietrichbergi.
It was assigned to Mesosuchia by Gasparini (1984); to Baurusuchidae by Carroll (1988); to Bergisuchidae by Rossman et al. (2000); to Notosuchia by Bronzati et al. (2012); and to Sebecosuchia by Pol and Powell (2011), Pol et al. (2012) and Pol et al. (2014).
