Monophorus fossilis

Taxonomy
Triphora fossilis was named by Willett (1937). Its type specimen is LACM 1053 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is LACMIP 62, Timms Point, which is in a Pleistocene marine horizon in the Timms Point Silt Formation of California.

It was recombined as Monophorus fossilis by Hendy (2021).
