Kleinacteon moodyi
Taxonomy
Actaeon moodyi was named by Dickerson (1916). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCMP loc. 672, Parsons Peak, which is in a Ypresian marine sandstone in the Domengine Formation of California. It is the type species of Kleinacteon.
It was recombined as Acteon moodyi by Turner (1938); it was recombined as Kleinacteon moodyi by Vokes (1939).
