Amooroxylon deccanensis
Taxonomy
Amooroxylon deccanensis was named by Bande and Prakash (1984). Its type specimen is BSIP 35322, a wood, and it is a 3D fossil preserving soft parts. Its type locality is Nawargaon, which is in a Paleogene fluvial-lacustrine horizon in the Deccan Intertrappean Formation of India.
