Proburnetia
Taxonomy
Proburnetia was named by Tatarinov (1968). It is not extant. Its type is Proburnetia viatkensis. It is the type genus of Proburnetiinae.
It was assigned to Burnetiidae by Carroll (1988), Sigogneau-Russell (1989), Battail and Surkov (2000), Rubidge and Sidor (2002), Ivakhnenko (2003), Rubidge et al. (2006), Smith et al. (2006) and Sidor and Smith (2007); and to Proburnetiinae by Kammerer (2016).
