Odostomia (Ivara) amava

Taxonomy
Ivara terricula was named by Dall et al. (1901). It is extant. Its type specimen is USNM 352514, a shell. Its type locality is Nob Hill cut, San Pedro, which is in a Pleistocene marine horizon in the San Pedro Sand Formation of California.

It was recombined as Odostomia (Ivara) turricula by Dall and Bartsch (1909); it was recombined as Odostomia turricula by Marincovich (1976); it was corrected as Ivara turricula by Hendy (2021).
