Taxonomy
Parabrekia yangi was named by Guo et al. (2019). It is not extant. Its type specimen is BGEG LDP10051. Its type locality is Leidapo, Qingyan, Guiyang (BGEG collection), which is in a Pelsonian/Illyrian coastal mudstone/limestone in the Qingyan Formation of China.
