Taxonomy
Fusus oregonensis was named by Conrad (1848). Its type specimen is lost? and is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Ficus oregonensis by Dall (1909); it was recombined as Trophosycon oregonense by English (1914); it was recombined as Ficus (Trophosycon) oregonensis by Stewart (1927); it was recombined as Bruclarkia oregonensis by Etherington (1931), Moore (1963) and Addicott (1970).

  • Agasoma stanfordensis was named by Arnold (1908). Its type specimen is Leland Stanford Junior University 1087, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil.

    It was recombined as Trophosycon stanfordense by English (1914); it was synonymized subjectively with Ficus (Trophosycon) oregonensis by Stewart (1927); it was synonymized subjectively with Ficus (Trophosycon) kerniana by Addicott (1970).
