Scenopagus

Taxonomy
Scenopagus was named by McKenna and Simpson (1959). It is not extant. Its type is Scenopagus mcgrewi. It is the type genus of Scenopaginae.

It was synonymized subjectively with Talpavus by Delson (1971).

It was assigned to Creotarsinae by Van Valen (1967); to Dormaaliidae by McKenna and Simpson (1959), Robinson (1968), Gazin (1976), Krishtalka (1976) and Novacek et al. (1985); and to Scenopaginae by Gunnell et al. (2008).
