B. Engesser 1972Representant of subfamily Heterosoricinae with pigmantation on the tips of the teeth; two antemolars (Zwischenzähne) in the lower jaw, the one placed more anterior is bigger. Similar to Trimylus, but on lower M1 and M2 with a hypoconid-ridge (Hypconid-Hinterarm) leading behind the entoconid, mostly seperated from entoconid by a groove.
B. Engesser 1975Vertreter der Unterfamilie der Heterosoricinae mit stark pigmentierten Zahnspitzen, sehr kräftigem unterem Incisiven und massigem Ramus horizontalis der mandibel. Foramen mentale unter m2 inf.; zwei bis fünf Zwischenzähne zwischen i und m1 in Unterkiefer; Massetergrube der Mandibel zweigeteilt.
R. Ziegler 1998i inf. nicht gezähnt, i inf-Hinterrand bis unter Trigonid des m1, Fossa masseterica zweigeteilt.
