Omeisaurus puxiani
Taxonomy
Omeisaurus puxiani was named by Tan et al. (2020). Its type specimen is CLGRP V00005, a partial skeleton (Postcranial skeleton), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Laojun Village, Pu’an Town, which is in a Bathonian/Callovian terrestrial siltstone/mudstone in the Shaximiao Formation of China.
