Paratype: IANIGLA-PI 1061a-b, imprint (part and counterpart) of hindwing.
Taxonomy
Duraznochorista zavattierii was named by Lara and Bashkuev (2020). Its type specimen is IANIGLA-PI 1062a-b, a forewing (almost complete forewing, with basal part missing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Quebrada del Durazno, Cerro Cacheuta (IANIGLA collection), which is in a Carnian lacustrine delta plain shale in the Potrerillos Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Duraznochorista.
