Magallanodon baikashkenke
Taxonomy
Magallanodon baikashkenke was named by Goin et al. (2020). Its type specimen is CPAP5916, a tooth (first lower left molariform), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mammal Quarry (Río de Las Chinas Valley), which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian floodplain mudstone in the Dorotea Formation of Chile.
