Taxonomy
Temnocheilus morloti was named by von Mojsisovics (1882). It is not extant. Its type locality is Schreyeralm (Geol Reichsanstalt coll), which is in an Illyrian carbonate limestone in the Schreyeralm Formation of Austria.
