Neololigosepia stahleckeri
Taxonomy
Neololigosepia stahleckeri was named by Reitner and Engeser (1982). Its type specimen is GPIT 1529/1 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Monte Branco near Morro village, Horizon VIII, which is in a Barremian basinal (carbonate) limestone in the Morro Formation of Cape Verde. It is the type species of Neololigosepia.
