Taxonomy
Fuscinipyge yolkini was named by Ormiston (1972). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Shell Canada Lot 5264, Many Beaver Lake area, NTS 106G, which is in an Eifelian marine horizon in the Hume Formation of Canada. It is the type species of Fuscinipyge.
