Xenoboloides peregrina
Taxonomy
Liobole peregrina was named by Engel and Morris (1980). Its type specimen is AMF 80812, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is NU L492. Salisbury area, northwest of Dungog, which is in a Visean marine sandstone in the Flagstaff Sandstone Formation of Australia.
It was recombined as Xenoboloides peregrina by Vanderlaan and Ebach (2015).
