Arackar licanantay
Taxonomy
Arackar licanantay was named by Rubilar-Rogers et al. (2021). Its type specimen is SNGM-1/1-23, a set of postcrania, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Quebrada La Higuera, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian lacustrine mudstone in the Hornitos Formation of Chile. It is the type species of Arackar.
