Xiang 1998A species of Mirabole (Mirabole) Osmolska, 1962 with the following features: Cranidium with less arched anterior margin; anterior border furrow in front of fixed cheeks extremely narrow and deeply incised, in front of glabella extremely shallow or absent ; preglabellar field present, but rather narrow (sag.); anterior border broad and flat, with 1 terrace line on its outer portion; glabella long, hardly constricted before inconspicuous eye ridges, without glabellar furrows on the surface of carapace, with 4 pairs of distinct glabellar furrows on internal mOUld, of which the S1 is bifurcated; anterior branches of facial sutures ( !3 - r ) moderately long , almost running parallel forward, posterior branches ( £ - (;" ) very long, slanting posterolaterally; palpebral lobe moderately long (exsag.), extremely narrow (tr.); free cheek with relatively long genal spine and large eye; pygidium moderately vaulted, semicircular in outline, with broad, slightly padded border; axis with 8-10 ill-defined rings; pleural areas with 6-8 pairs of distinct pleural ribs; pleural furrows deeply incised, interpleural furrows very shallow; the surface of cranidium and pygidium rather smooth.
