Taxonomy
Lebambromyia sacculifera was named by Badano et al. (2021). Its type specimen is NIGP BA02-14122, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (NIGP collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
