Alveugena carbonensis
Taxonomy
Alveugena carbonensis was named by Eberle (1999) [genotype]. Its type specimen is UW 26559, a partial skull (associated cranial and dental elements comprising a snout), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Windy Mudstone (UW V-91005), which is in a Puercan terrestrial horizon in the Ferris Formation of Wyoming.
