Joermungandr bolti
Taxonomy
Joermungandr bolti was named by Mann et al. (2021). It is not extant. Its type specimen is FMNH 1309, a skeleton. Its type locality is Mazon Creek, which is in a Westphalian D deltaic mudstone/siderite in the Carbondale Formation of Illinois. It is the type species of Joermungandr.
