Bursera serratoides
Taxonomy
Bursera serratoides was named by Antal and Awasthi (1993). It is not extant. Its type specimen is Birbal Sahni Institute of Palaeobotany, Lucknow, BSIP 36948, a seed/fruit. Its type locality is Right bank of Ghish River, Oodlabari, which is in a Miocene/Pliocene fluvial claystone/siltstone in India.
