Monodechenella morganensis

Taxonomy
Phillipsia morganensis was named by Mitchell (1918). Its type specimen is QGSF1000, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is QGS L3004. Trilobite Ridge, Mt. Morgan, which is in a Tournaisian marine mudstone/limestone in the Malchi Creek Formation of Australia.

It was recombined as Cyrtoproetus morganensis by Hahn and Hahn (1969); it was recombined as Conophillipsia morganensis by Engel and Morris (1984); it was recombined as Monodechenella morganensis by Vanderlaan and Ebach (2015).
