Taxonomy
Wasatchia grangeri was named by Sinclair (1914). Its type specimen is AMNH 15516, a set of teeth (RP3-M2, LP4-M3), and it is a 3D body fossil.
It was recombined as Bunophorus grangeri by Lucas et al. (1981), Stucky and Krishtalka (1990), Theodor et al. (2007).
