Taxonomy
Cambrotubulus was named by Rozanov et al. (1969) [Missarzhevsky in Rozanov et al. 1969; Sepkoski's age data: V N-Da-l Cm Boto-u Sepkoski's reference number: 580,885,1030]. Its type is Cambrotubulus decurvatus.

It was assigned to Trilobozoa by Sepkoski (2002); and to Anabaritidae by Kouchinsky et al. (2009) and Kouchinsky et al. (2017).
