Bauhinia wenshanensis
Taxonomy
Bauhinia wenshanensis was named by Meng and Zhou (2014). It is not extant. Its type specimen is Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden, DMS-0019, a leaf. Its type locality is Dashidong, Wenshan (shale unit), which is in a Miocene lacustrine - large shale in the Xiaolongtan Formation of China.
