Stirtodon elizabethae
Taxonomy
Stirtodon elizabethae was named by Rich et al. (2020). Its type specimen is AMF 118621, a tooth (natural cast of a right upper monotreme premolar), and it is a cast. Its type locality is Vertical Bill's claim, Albian, which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial claystone in the Griman Creek Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Stirtodon.
