J. H. Shergold et al. 1990Nonscrobiculate, en grande tenue with borders of moderate width; preglabellar median furrow absent to well developed. Glabella with ogival to semiovate anterior lobe; F3 clear, straight or with slight median forward deflection; posterior lobe with F2 furrows present; glabellar culmination broadly rounded; glabellar node located from level with Fl to midway between Fl and F2. Pygidium nonspinose to bispinose; axis long, not reaching border furrow, acuminate to narrowly rounded posteriorly; constricted across M2; Fl and F2 effaced; posterior lobe long, ogival to semiovate with small secondary axial node, commonly associated with a transverse depression in posterior half; postaxial median furrow usually present.
E. B. Naimark and T. V. Pegel 2017En grand tenue, nonscrobiculate, borders narrow to moderate; border furrows narrow to moderate. Cephalon with median preglabellar furrow variably expressed, but commonly present, basal lobes small. Pygidium bispinose; axis triangular or unexpanded posteroaxis; F1, F2 undeveloped but with transverse variably expressed depression; postaxial furrow commonly present.
