Ekwipagetia marginata

Taxonomy
Hebediscus marginatus was named by Rasetti (1967). Its type specimen is USNM 156637 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is cs-51, 1 mile east of Salem, which is in a Dyeran offshore shelf limestone/shale in the Stissing Formation of New York.

It was recombined as Ekwipagetia marginata by Blaker and Peel (1997).
