Taxonomy
Tologoja subquadrata was named by Korobov (1980). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Udzhigingol River, which is in an Atdabanian carbonate limestone in the Egiin Gol Formation of Kazakhstan.
It was recombined as Sinodiscus subquadratus by Regalado Fernandez and Sour-Tovar (2022).
