Desmatoclaenus hermaeus

Taxonomy
Desmatoclaenus hermaeus was named by Gazin (1941). Its type specimen is USNM 16202, a set of teeth (greater portion of upper and lower dentition), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Wagonroad Lower Horizon, which is in a Puercan terrestrial horizon in the North Horn Formation of Utah. It is the type species of Desmatoclaenus.
