Equus fromanius

Taxonomy
Plesippus fromanius was named by Repenning et al. (1995). Its type locality is Chalk Hills (GS-203), which is in a Blancan terrestrial horizon in the Glenns Ferry Formation of Idaho.

It was recombined as Equus fromanius by Kelly (1997).
