Baphioxylon palaeonitidoides
Taxonomy
Baphioxylon palaeonitidoides was named by Trivedi and Srivastava (1986). It is not extant. Its type locality is Ghughua, Shahpura, which is in a Paleogene fluvial horizon in the Deccan Intertrappean Formation of India. It is the type species of Baphioxylon.
